I have reserved a tiwn size bed room and 2 double size bed room from Oct. 5 to Oct. 6 the day before yesterday, and your side promise to reply the confirmation within 24h, but still now I have not received anything.

Please check and confirm whether our reservation are take into consideration, and if the discount can be offered, is the fee tax included.

Hope to hearing from you very soon since we will take our vacation before Oct. 1, we hope to get your reply on Sep. 26, or we can take our time to book another hotel.

I have 3 kids and I am interested at staying to your family room. Could I request that instead of a full sized bed and just 1 twin bed, place a 2 twin and 1 single bed? bec. I have 1 boy and 2 girls so I am thinking my 2 girls can share 1 twin bed, 1 single for my boy and my husband & I could share with the other twin sized bed. Hope you can accommodate this request this stay would be in Dec. 18-21. BTW is my 9yo kid free of charge?

We’ve been here from October 28-30, 2009. The staff were very accommodating. They were also attentive to our needs. Many thanks to Anna and Thomas! You guys did a good job in making our stay worthwhile. Two thumbs up!!!
